This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Act as the primary contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients.
• Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, including department managers and physicians.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of each client’s business objectives and align our solutions accordingly.
• Proactively manage and address client escalations with urgency and professionalism.
• Take ownership of customer retention and satisfaction for assigned accounts, including renewal planning.
• Contribute to revenue growth by promoting new offerings that cater to evolving client needs.
• Keep accurate and current records in CRM and success tools.
• Achieve client satisfaction, retention, and growth targets as evaluated both internally and through KLAS scores.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, with major coursework in business administration, communication, marketing, health sciences, or a related field is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or client-facing roles is required.
• Experience in Professional Services, Implementations, or Project Management is a plus.
• Strong skills in building relationships.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation capabilities.
• Ability to summarize information and explain technical content to a non-technical executive audience.
