This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and lead a portfolio of strategic clients from the post-sale phase through to long-term partnership development.
• Guide enterprise partners in the successful implementation, adoption, measurable outcomes, and expansion of the 9amHealth solution.
• Act as the executive-level point of contact for assigned strategic accounts after the contract is signed.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders across health plans, PBMs, consultants, and employer partners.
• Create long-term account strategies that focus on retention, performance enhancement, and growth.
• Conduct executive-level Quarterly Business Reviews to highlight outcomes, performance trends, and growth opportunities.
• Serve as the internal representative of the client, influencing prioritization and cross-functional decision-making.
• Own the comprehensive onboarding and implementation strategy, ensuring successful and scalable launches.
• Align client business objectives with measurable program outcomes and engagement strategies.
• Promote the adoption of 9amHealth’s virtual care and pharmacy solutions among client populations.
• Identify opportunities for expansion, including upselling, cross-selling, and increasing member enrollment.
• Communicate product updates, roadmap impacts, and operational changes with clarity suitable for executive-level audiences.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of 9amHealth services, clinical programs, and platform capabilities.
• Serve as the internal coordinator among product, care, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5–8+ years of experience in healthcare customer success, account management, or client partnerships.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex or enterprise healthcare accounts.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Executive-level communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives within remote or distributed teams.
• Familiarity with health plans, PBMs, or large employer healthcare buyers is preferred.
• Experience in digital health or healthcare startups, particularly in a Series A–D environment, is preferred.
• Knowledge of HubSpot, Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace is preferred.
• Background or exposure to diabetes, obesity, pharmacy, or chronic disease management is preferred.
