This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts and renewals within a designated territory
• Promote customer engagement and facilitate further digital transformation
• Create and implement successful customer success and value strategies
• Spot growth opportunities and negotiate advantageous renewal agreements
• Conduct regular business evaluations with clients to ensure they derive value from the product
• Partner with internal teams to formulate strategies for growth and risk management
• Over 5 years of experience in Sales, Renewal Management, Account Management, and/or Customer Success, preferably in SaaS environments
• Proven ability to finalize contracts on schedule, showcasing strong negotiation skills
• Experience in quota-carrying positions with a demonstrated history of achieving key performance metrics
• Familiarity with deal negotiation processes, along with a successful track record and the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders in a consultative manner
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency in both English and French is mandatory.
