This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +8 more states.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts and renewals within a designated territory.
• Act as a customer adoption consultant, enhancing the return on investment for customers using Docusign.
• Create and implement effective customer success and value strategies.
• Identify opportunities for growth and negotiate beneficial renewal agreements.
• Provide valuable insights to both the business and customers to enhance future outcomes.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure they are utilizing the product effectively and gaining value from it.
• Work together with internal teams to formulate growth and risk mitigation strategies for key accounts.
• Boost account growth by spotting additional growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Assess your portfolio and thoroughly analyze usage, health, data, and behavioral trends.
• Over 5 years of experience in Sales, Renewal Management, Account Management, and/or Customer Success, preferably within SaaS environments.
• Proven record in quota-carrying roles with a history of achieving key performance indicators.
• Experience navigating deal negotiation cycles with a successful background, utilizing a consultative approach as a trusted advisor.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong skills in contract negotiation, with a track record of completing contracts on time.
• Experience in facilitating adoption across organizations, acting as a change agent for customers.
• Ability to demonstrate a strategic mindset to facilitate persuasive value discussions with customers at the executive level.
• Capacity to respond and adjust to potential rapid changes in priorities.
• Strong urgency, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
