This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and oversee customer marketing initiatives that foster engagement and strengthen relationships.
• Design and implement customer marketing campaigns aimed at driving ARR growth through expansion and upselling efforts.
• Assess and report on marketing-influenced ARR and pipeline generated from customer programs.
• Collaborate with Demand Generation and Thought Leadership teams on marketing activities targeting customers.
• Work alongside Product Marketing to communicate with customers regarding seasonal product launches.
• Analyze NPS survey results and present insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Coordinate with Customer Success and Account Management on enablement, campaign schedules, and product release notifications.
• Develop and maintain a referenceable customer base for reference calls, case studies, and peer review platforms.
• Lead G2 review and Gartner Peer Insights strategies, along with quarterly review volume objectives.
• Identify, recruit, and cultivate customer advocates and ambassadors.
• Enhance the referenceable client list and improve the response time for reference inquiries.
• Assist customer speakers for events, webinars, and thought leadership engagements.
• Report directly to the CMO and take ownership of the customer marketing function with support from the wider marketing team.
• Over 8 years of comprehensive marketing experience.
• At least 5 years in a specialized customer marketing and advocacy position within B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated success in customer marketing programs linked to ARR growth and a practice of referenceability and advocacy.
• Experience managing ARR-influenced marketing initiatives with quantifiable results.
• Practical experience in building and managing customer reference pools, reference calls, case studies, G2 reviews, and advocacy activation.
• Proficient in conducting NPS surveys and distilling data for leadership insights.
• Comfortable taking charge of a customer marketing function within a lean team structure.
• Proficient in marketing automation tools, Pendo, HubSpot, Salesforce, and survey platforms.
• Strong project management capabilities and adept at handling multiple programs simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in HR tech is preferred.
• Proven experience enabling Customer Success, Account Management, and Product Marketing teams.
