Senior Customer Insights Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Integrate complex datasets from support, product usage, customer behavior, voice of the customer (VOC), and operational workflows.

• Recognize systemic risks and opportunities throughout the practitioner and patient journey, rather than focusing solely on isolated issues.

• Convert vague business inquiries into structured analyses, clear conclusions, and actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate directly with modern data warehouses.

• Leverage AI-assisted tools to expedite insight discovery, anomaly detection, and qualitative signal extraction.

• Transform the VOC function from a reporting mechanism into a strategic asset that guides Product, Customer Experience, and Operations.

• Develop executive-level narratives that link customer impact, root causes, opportunity magnitude, and business trade-offs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in analytics, customer insights, product analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy.

• Proficient in SQL with practical experience using modern cloud data warehouse tools such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or equivalent technologies.

• Demonstrated ability to utilize data to drive business decisions, going beyond merely generating reports.

• Strong analytical judgment, including the capability to interpret messy or incomplete data within context.

• Experience in correlating qualitative and quantitative signals to identify root causes and assess business impact.

• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

• High level of autonomy, strong sense of ownership, and the capability to determine what should be analyzed in addition to how.
