This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

• Offer expert technical advice to customers and sales colleagues concerning Armada’s products and services. Comprehend client needs and suggest suitable solutions to address their challenges.
• Conduct technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and workshops to highlight the features, functionalities, and advantages of the company's offerings. Customize demonstrations and carry out workshops to tackle specific client issues.
• Work collaboratively across functions to assist sales efforts, including customer interactions, technical assessments, and proposal creation. Influence and coordinate with internal teams to shape solution strategies, prioritize resources, and achieve successful business results.
• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including technical decision-makers and influencers. Act as a trusted advisor by providing thought leadership, understanding their challenges, and delivering tailored solutions based on their technical business requirements.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Utilize market insights to uncover opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
• Improve the field team's comprehension of technical concepts, product features, and sales strategies. Provide continuous support and enablement of resources to empower sales representatives in their client engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is advantageous.
• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in pre-sales, sales/customer engineering, or a solution architecture role supporting technical products.
• Fundamental understanding of networking and connectivity principles, including IP addressing, firewalls, SD-WAN, and satellite or cellular communication systems (e.g., Starlink, LTE/5G).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, virtualization, or containerization technologies, and modern enterprise infrastructure.
• Proficient in at least one core technical domain such as AI/ML infrastructure, connected devices, or data center systems (refer to Technical Focus Areas below).
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms, contemporary networking concepts, and containerization or virtualization technologies.
• A self-motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and effectively manages multiple priorities.
