This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Delivering prompt technical insights regarding Collibra's products to customers, prospects, partners, and internal teams.
• Aligning solutions with value propositions for large and dynamic customer accounts.
• Guiding and assisting customers’ technical stakeholders to enhance the adoption of Collibra.
• Developing and sustaining lab environments and playbooks for effective technical demonstrations.
• Collaborating with the Product team by providing early feedback on products and sharing valuable customer insights.
• Minimum of 2 years in a Customer Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or technical customer-facing role supporting enterprise software, with a total of 4+ years of experience in the data ecosystem.
• A solid understanding of two or more of the following areas: data governance, data catalogs, data integration, data quality, and data privacy platforms.
• Familiarity with modern cloud data infrastructure, including leading PaaS providers, Data Lakes, Lakehouses, Cloud Warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks), and API-driven integration platforms.
• Practical experience in configuring, integrating, and troubleshooting complex enterprise software solutions.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience is required.
