Senior Customer Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Developing solutions that deliver value for large and dynamic clients, addressing both business and technical needs.

• Engaging in discovery processes and facilitating the qualification of new opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.

• Creating and executing product demonstrations that showcase how Collibra’s Platform meets the needs of our Enterprise clients.

• Guiding and assisting customers' technical teams to expedite the adoption of Collibra and the realization of its value.

• Identifying, assessing, recommending, and implementing value-driven workshops and proof of concepts/values.

• Drafting and contributing to functional and technical segments of RFPs/RFQs.

• Assisting with sales and marketing initiatives, webcasts, field support, and the creation of assets.

• Offering insights and recommendations to product management and engineering to improve our service offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in a Sales or Customer Engineering, or Sales Consulting position.

• At least 4 years of experience in the Data/SaaS industry.

• A solid understanding of two or more of the following areas: data governance, data catalogs, data quality, and data privacy platforms.

• Experience with regulatory compliance and/or (financial/IT) audits is advantageous.

• Demonstrated experience with leading PaaS providers, data lakes, databases, and integration platforms is essential.

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is mandatory.
