This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist Comcast Business Services in retaining and expanding the current customer base

• Serve as a business partner to current customers, fostering increased sales and improving satisfaction

• Perform biannual account assessments and maintain regular communication with customers to evaluate their needs

• Create sales documentation and work closely with project management teams for implementation


⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience

• Proficient in MS Suite, Microsoft Dynamics, and Salesforce

• Background in call center sales

• High School Diploma / GED
