Senior CRO Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Lead comprehensive optimization cycles: research → hypothesis → design → testing → implementation.

• Conduct in-depth funnel analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify significant opportunities.

• Create high-quality UI/UX mockups that effectively convey your vision while preserving brand integrity.

• Collaborate with engineers to guarantee flawless test execution and deployment.

• Maintain an unwavering focus on detail and quality throughout the entire process.

• Analyze testing results with statistical precision, enabling confident scaling decisions.

• Document insights and establish a systematic testing roadmap for ongoing conversion enhancement.

• Clearly present findings and results to stakeholders, fostering alignment and momentum.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven CRO Results: Over 3 years of practical CRO experience, preferably with subscription or SaaS funnels, showcasing documented performance improvements.

• Design Sensibility: Strong understanding of UI/UX, capable of producing engaging and detailed mockups.

• Analytical Expertise: Proficient in platforms like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Growthbook, or similar tools.

• Execution Excellence: Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive approach in dynamic environments.

• Ownership Mentality: Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking full responsibility for performance outcomes.

• Communication: Articulate and persuasive communicator with strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

• Fluent English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
