This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Design, develop, execute, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests across client websites and sales funnels.
• Enhance landing pages, sales funnels, forms, CTAs, and the overall user experience to boost conversion rates.
• Examine user behavior through analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, and data on funnel drop-offs.
• Perform CRO audits and create clear, prioritized optimization suggestions for clients.
• Develop and manage the testing roadmap for various client accounts.
• Create CRO deliverables and present analyses and outcomes directly to clients during calls.
• Convert test findings into actionable insights and clear next steps for both clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and client resources to implement test variations as necessary.
• Work alongside account managers and other departments to guarantee clients receive high-quality, results-oriented services.
• Residing in the Philippines with reliable availability for a long-term position.
• Over 2 years of experience in CRO, experimentation, or analytics.
• Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills, including the ability to clearly present analysis to clients.
• Strong academic performance with an impressive General Weighted Average.
• A degree in Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related area.
• Practical experience in designing and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests.
• Proficiency in CRO and analytics tools like GA4, VWO, Optimizely, Convert, Hotjar, and Microsoft Clarity.
• Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven, hypothesis-oriented approach.
• Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS and platforms such as WordPress or HubSpot is advantageous (developer-level skills are not required).
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple testing programs and meeting deadlines simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented, inquisitive, and proactive in identifying opportunities to enhance performance.
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
