
Conversion Optimization Lead – DTC Supplement Brand

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take charge of and oversee the company’s landing page ecosystem across various acquisition channels.
• Implement and enhance a data-driven landing page testing framework that includes performance tracking, selection of winners, and application of insights.
• Create, launch, and refine new landing page systems for developing acquisition channels, such as Native Advertising.
• Work in collaboration with media buyers, creative teams, and copywriters to design high-converting landing page experiences.
• Spearhead ongoing conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives through rigorous testing, analysis, and experimentation.
• Detect conversion bottlenecks and execute improvements based on performance analytics.
• Establish and enhance landing page processes, documentation, and operational workflows.
• Oversee external or internal copywriters, ensuring a consistent flow of effective landing page concepts.
• Evaluate key metrics such as ROAS, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and funnel performance.
• Serve as the main point of contact among landing page production, paid media teams, and creative stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in building, managing, or optimizing performance-oriented landing pages and sales funnels.
• Strong foundation in DTC, direct-response marketing, performance marketing, or conversion rate optimization.
• Proven experience in conducting A/B tests and making data-driven decisions.
• In-depth knowledge of landing page strategy, user psychology, customer journeys, and conversion principles.
• Excellent analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret performance metrics and pinpoint optimization opportunities.
• Experience collaborating closely with paid acquisition teams (Meta, Native, Google, or similar platforms).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• Strong written communication and copy evaluation competencies.
• Highly organized, proactive, and ownership-driven.

• Experience in supplements, health, wellness, or consumer products.
• Familiarity with DACH markets.
• Knowledge of Native Advertising platforms.
• Experience in managing copywriters or creative teams.
• Familiarity with Shopify and related ecommerce technologies.
