This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• Cultivate and enhance enduring customer relationships.
• Proactively identify and secure new B2B clients in Eastern Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, and Hungary.
• Strategize, execute, and meet the regional sales budget.
• Oversee and finalize sales projects.
• Create quotations and follow up on submitted offers.
• Perform analyses on customer losses and devise win-back strategies.
• Guarantee customer satisfaction by professionally addressing feedback and complaints.
• Generate sales reports and analyses to inform sales initiatives.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry gatherings.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or a related discipline.
• Proven sales experience in Austria, Hungary, Slovenia, and Croatia.
• Essential: Familiarity with the food or beverage sector or relevant technical knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office and experienced with an ERP system.
• Strong command of both German and English languages.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region.
