CRO Sales Manager – Flavours and Food Distribution

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovenia.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and enhance enduring customer relationships

• Proactively identify and secure new B2B clients in Eastern Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, and Hungary

• Strategize, execute, and meet the regional sales budget

• Oversee and finalize sales projects

• Perform analyses on customer attrition

• Guarantee customer satisfaction by professionally addressing feedback and complaints

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Food Technology or a related field

• Sales experience in Austria, Hungary, Slovenia, and Croatia

• Essential knowledge of the food or beverage sector

• Proficient in MS Office and experienced with an ERP system

• Excellent command of German and English

• Strong willingness to travel throughout the designated region
