This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
β’ Create and execute A/B tests that significantly influence subscription growth for one of the largest EdTech platforms in the German-speaking region.
β’ Establish and carry out growth experiments throughout the entire funnel β from formulating hypotheses to implementation and assessment.
β’ Keep a well-organized experiment pipeline based on impact, effort, and learning value.
β’ Collaborate closely with design, development, and relevant stakeholders to turn testing ideas into high-quality experiments.
β’ Leverage analytics, user research, competitive analysis, and best practices to recognize opportunities and develop robust hypotheses.
β’ Communicate results, insights, and learnings from experiments openly with the team and stakeholders to foster alignment and continuous enhancement.
β’ A minimum of 2β4+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), website enhancement, or growth-focused positions.
β’ A proven history of designing and executing experiments that resulted in measurable business impacts (e.g., improved conversion rates, increased revenue).
β’ Familiarity with fast-paced testing environments and a commitment to enhancing experimentation speed while maintaining quality and learning value.
β’ Strong analytical abilities and practical experience in interpreting quantitative data using tools such as GA4, Amplitude, or Power BI.
β’ Excellent conceptual thinking skills, with the capacity to organize and prioritize experiments in line with strategic growth objectives.
β’ Proficient knowledge of Figma or a similar design tool is essential; the ability to independently create high-quality test concepts in various formats is also required.
β’ Outstanding communication skills in English to effectively share insights and strategies with stakeholders across different functions and levels of seniority.
β’ Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Convert), and preferably with additional research/UX tools like Hotjar.
β’ Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken).
β’ Desirable (not mandatory): Strong German language skills to better understand customer needs within the DACH market.
