This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Act as the main point of contact for significant client accounts.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions and regular strategy meetings with structure, confidence, and defined outcomes.
• Convert client business objectives into CRO strategies, optimization roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Anticipate and manage expectations, priorities, and project risks.
• Foster long-term client relationships through effective communication, dependability, and strategic insight.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative CRO audits to pinpoint optimization opportunities.
• Transform analysis and insights into prioritized CRO roadmaps.
• Design experiments and site enhancements aligned with key eCommerce metrics such as CVR, AOV, LTV, and funnel performance.
• Recognize and communicate strategic growth opportunities for clients as applicable.
• Oversee project delivery within ClickUp, ensuring clear scoping, prioritization, and timelines.
• Create detailed briefs for designers and developers to guarantee precise execution.
• Conduct quality assurance on design and development outputs to uphold high standards.
• Ensure work stays organized, commercially aligned, and delivered on time.
• Lead cross-functional teams of designers and developers.
• Establish clear expectations and uphold high delivery standards.
• Ensure alignment across teams and maintain project delivery momentum.
• Contribute to enhancing systems, workflows, and SOPs as the agency expands.
• Minimum **3 years of experience working with eCommerce websites or Shopify environments**.
• At least **2 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**.
• Minimum **2 years of experience as an Account Manager**, preferably in a digital agency setting.
• Proven experience managing delivery with designers and developers.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce performance metrics including **CVR, AOV, LTV, funnel performance, and experimentation frameworks**.
• Experience in managing client relationships and leading strategic discussions.
• Strong briefing and quality assurance skills for digital product delivery.
• Experience in a **CRO or performance marketing agency** is highly beneficial.
• Experience working with **direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce brands** is strongly preferred.
