This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and develop high-performing paywalls and funnels.
• Utilize RevenueCat’s paywall and experiment builders to design, configure, and implement paywalls, onboarding experiences, upgrade paths, and win-back strategies for mobile applications across various categories.
• Convert brand messages and product value propositions into clear, engaging paywall designs, messaging, and pricing displays.
• Lead conversion optimization initiatives for both clients and potential clients.
• Conduct structured discovery sessions with clients and prospects to gain insights into their business models, target audiences, and limitations.
• Suggest experiment strategies (such as value proposition framing, pricing presentation, trial versus no-trial, and the placement and timing of paywalls).
• Collaborate with applications to launch multivariate tests and analyze results using RevenueCat’s analytics and experimentation tools.
• Synthesize successful elements across projects into reusable templates, checklists, and patterns for direct implementation in RevenueCat’s builders.
• Partner with Product teams to provide insights on our paywall components, presets, and standard templates.
• Work alongside Growth Advocacy and Content teams to transform project insights into sample paywalls and funnel templates, blog articles, guides, and best-practice documentation.
• 5–8+ years of experience in designing consumer mobile experiences, particularly in subscription or purchase flows.
• Extensive hands-on experience with paywalls and funnels.
• Background in a mobile app studio or product team managing monetization UX, or experience at an agency/consultancy focused on designing and optimizing paywalls and funnels for various applications.
• Strong mindset for conversion and experimentation.
• Ability to define hypotheses, success metrics, and testing plans comfortably.
• Experience with analytics and experimentation tools to interpret results and make rapid iterations.
• Skills in mobile-first product design.
• Exceptional interaction and visual design ability for small screens and high-stakes interfaces.
• Strong instincts for UX writing, focusing on concise and value-oriented copy and pricing messaging.
• Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and ability to translate designs into no-code builder configurations.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills.
