CRO Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Lead the Experimentation team, ensuring alignment with business objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and revenue prospects.

• Own and manage the experimentation roadmap, which includes hypothesis development, prioritization, execution, analysis, and implementation.

• Identify and prioritize optimization opportunities throughout the customer journey, encompassing conversion rate optimization (CRO), upsells, and post-purchase experiences.

• Monitor conversion rates, revenue, customer behavior, and funnel performance to drive growth.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute optimization initiatives.

• Support data-driven decision-making through comprehensive reporting, insights, and performance analysis.

• Perform additional tasks as needed.

• A degree in a relevant field.

• Familiarity with web analytics, digital marketing, CRO, and experimentation methodologies.

• Experience utilizing A/B testing tools and techniques.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.

• Proficiency in converting data into actionable business insights.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.

• Leadership abilities or a willingness to cultivate them is an advantage.

• Advanced experience in goal, KPI, and metric tracking is a plus.
