This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Leading structured engagements with RevenueCat customers and potential clients - assessing their lifecycle configurations, formulating engagement frameworks, and offering guidance on messaging strategies.
• Assisting them in linking RevenueCat subscription events to their CRM systems for enhanced segmentation, timing, and personalization.
• Providing ongoing feedback to Product and Engineering regarding the evolution of our integrations, event triggers, and data payloads.
• Documenting effective strategies into scalable resources for CSMs, Sales, and customers.
• Collaborating with Advocacy and Content teams to transform authentic engagement insights into various public content formats.
• 5-8+ years of direct experience in mobile lifecycle marketing or CRM, with a considerable focus on subscription applications.
• Comprehensive knowledge of leading mobile CRM and engagement platforms such as Braze, Iterable, OneSignal, CleverTap, Customer.io, or Airship.
• Proven track record in designing and evaluating lifecycle experiments.
• Strong grasp of the mobile engagement landscape.
• Excellent customer-facing communication abilities.
• Experience in a remote-first, asynchronous work environment across various time zones.
