Senior CRM Programmer Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop high-quality Apex code, including classes, triggers, batch processes, queueable jobs, and scheduled Apex.

• Create Lightning Web Components (LWC); custom UI components utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within the LWC framework.

• Execute wire services, imperative Apex calls, event handling, and Lightning Message Service.

• Design and construct Flows; including record-triggered, screen, scheduled, and autolaunched flows.

• Carry out integrations; including REST/SOAP API callouts, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and named credentials.

• Implement AI visibility solutions using Agentforce and Data Cloud.

• Actively participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies; including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

• Address production issues; troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve defects in the production environment.

• Dedicate time to continuous learning; focusing on new Salesforce platform features, Agentforce capabilities, Data Cloud, and evolving development practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of practical Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows, and/or platform configuration).

• Proficient in writing Apex code; including classes, triggers, unit tests, and SOQL/SOSL queries.

• Strong understanding of governor limits and bulkification patterns.

• Experience in building Lightning Web Components or similar modern JavaScript-based UI components.

• Familiarity with Salesforce declarative automation; including Flows, validation rules, and platform configuration.

• Knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD practices for Salesforce deployments.

• Experience with Agile Scrum delivery methodologies.

• Preferred experience with Salesforce integrations (REST APIs, Platform Events).

• Additional experience with ServiceMax, Conga CPQ/CLM, Data Cloud, or Agentforce is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent related work experience.
