This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead the development, construction, and optimization of visually appealing, high-impact email campaigns, including marketing newsletters, sales sequences, lead nurturing journeys, and operational email communications.
• Create professional and compelling email designs and content that are visually polished, brand-aligned, and optimized for maximum engagement.
• Compose and refine captivating email copy aimed at enhancing customer engagement, driving conversions, and maintaining brand consistency.
• Ensure all email communications are visually coherent, thoroughly proofread, and consistent with the ParentPay Group brand and value proposition.
• Strategize, construct, and continuously improve best-practice email automation workflows in ClickDimensions to support nurturing journeys, sales sequences, onboarding, and re-engagement campaigns.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for email communications, collaborating cross-functionally with data, web, creative, and other teams to effectively coordinate activities.
• Supervise the planning and execution of marketing, operational, and transactional email communications to ensure consistency in timing, branding, messaging, and tone of voice.
• Construct well-optimized web forms, ensuring seamless setup, effective data capture, and CRM integration.
• Analyze and report on email and campaign performance metrics, delivering actionable insights to enhance engagement, conversions, and overall campaign efficacy.
• Manage and mentor a team of two, providing clear direction, prioritization, coaching, and daily oversight.
• Demonstrated experience in a CRM, email marketing, and marketing automation role within a B2B context.
• Extensive hands-on knowledge of ClickDimensions and MS Dynamics, including email campaigns, sales sequences, lead nurturing flows, and web forms.
• Deep understanding of email marketing best practices, covering segmentation, personalization, deliverability, and performance optimization.
• Experience in building web forms and CRM integrations to facilitate accurate data capture and seamless data flow.
• Strong capability to create visually engaging, professional emails and email assets, with a keen eye for layout, design, and brand consistency.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or Illustrator; a portfolio showcasing email work will be required.
• Proficient email copywriter, capable of crafting engaging, high-quality content.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate a high volume of email communications, adept at handling competing priorities, delivering promptly, and upholding high standards of quality, consistency, and accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in reporting on email and campaign performance and utilizing insights to drive improvements.
• Experience in managing or mentoring team members, with the capability to provide clear direction and support.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator, skilled at working effectively within cross-functional teams.
