Senior CRM Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders, converting business needs into user stories and functional specifications; assist with sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT coordination.

• Lead workshops and collaborative sessions with business and IT stakeholders to collect requirements, align on priorities, and facilitate decision-making.

• Examine CRM data and processes to uncover gaps and areas for improvement, offering recommendations that align with BD’s long-term CRM strategy and roadmap.

• Serve as a bridge between business users and technical delivery teams, collaborating across Commercial functions, including business partnerships, marketing teams, and T D S.

• Manage requirements workstreams independently and maintain broad stakeholder relationships, partnering with Sales Effectiveness and the Commercial team to design and deliver technical training for newly launched capabilities.

• Create dashboards that fulfill business needs and track CRM KPIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of combined experience as a Salesforce business analyst or manager.

• Bachelor's degree is required.

• Proven experience in establishing new business processes, enhancing efficiencies, and driving business improvements.

• Strong analytical skills with a capability to think holistically about business and systems, utilizing independent judgment to analyze, coordinate, and optimize CRM for effective solutions.

• Agile certification with significant experience in the Scaled Agile development framework.

• Self-motivated with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.

• Proficiency in engaging with both "business" and "technical" partners.

• Capability to navigate multiple technology platforms and a willingness to gain proficiency in technologies beyond the required specialty (e.g., Life Sciences Cloud, Dynamics CRM, Marketo, Service Cloud, CLM, CPQ).

• Capacity to drive organizational change by influencing others without formal authority.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Willingness to travel approximately 10%.

• Lead the execution of technical training with a council of CRM Delegated Administrators.
