This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Enhance, stabilize, and architect our current Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring the system remains operational and adapts to changing needs.
• Gradually steer the shift towards open-source and customizable solutions rather than relying on proprietary tools.
• Collaborate closely with Sales as a key stakeholder, guiding the process from requirements gathering to solution implementation.
• Design and execute automations, workflows, and system integrations.
• Create AI-driven use cases, such as lead scoring, next-best-action recommendations, automated communication, and forecasting & insights.
• Develop and integrate AI components (e.g., LLMs, APIs, internal models) into current systems.
• Challenge and advance traditional CRM methodologies towards more intelligent and proactive systems.
• Assess emerging technologies and design a sales system architecture that is future-proof.
• Maintain data quality, governance, and scalability.
• Several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong expertise in system architecture, integrations, and customizations.
• Familiarity with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and API design.
• Understanding of sales processes within data-driven organizations.
• Experience with or a keen interest in AI/ML, LLMs, and automation technologies.
• Willingness to engage with open-source technologies and to migrate legacy systems.
• Capability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with sales and management teams.
• Strategic mindset coupled with a practical, hands-on approach.
