This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Take charge of the creative strategy β determining our direction, exploring new angles to test, and identifying the stories and mechanisms to prioritize going forward.
β’ Manage the testing and content roadmap to ensure production remains seamless β always having clarity on upcoming shoots and their purposes.
β’ Develop scalable creative workflows that promote rapid, structured, and insight-driven output while maintaining high quality.
β’ Supervise the entire output process β overseeing both the quantity and quality, from initial brief to final cut, including engaging early-frame hooks that capture attention.
β’ Coordinate with the content team (video editor, copywriter, performance marketing manager) along with external UGC creators and production partners.
β’ Provide clear creative feedback and guidance to continuously enhance messaging, hooks, scripts, and concepts.
β’ Analyze key metrics (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and integrate insights back into subsequent testing rounds.
β’ Collaborate with the team to shape the funnel β including landing pages, messaging, and our creative library.
β’ Be hands-on when necessary β engaging in scripting, hook writing, messaging, copy, or refining creative elements.
β’ A minimum of 2 years in Creative Strategy, Performance Creative, Performance Copywriting, or a comparable position β preferably in DTC / e-commerce.
β’ Experience with paid social ads and a solid understanding of factors that contribute to creative performance.

β’ Possess strong creative instincts paired with structured analytical thinking.
β’ Ability to craft briefs that are clear, actionable, and focused on performance.
β’ Comfortable interpreting creative performance metrics and deriving actionable insights.
β’ Proficient in AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or custom workflows to enhance research, scripting, briefing, and ideation processes.
β’ Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a significant advantage, along with a strong understanding of the DACH market.
