Creative Strategist – Health & Wellness E-commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Design innovative strategies for Meta, TikTok, and various paid social platforms

• Conduct research on customers, competitors, market trends, pain points, and purchasing motivations

• Develop concepts, engaging hooks, messaging angles, scripts, and storyboards

• Create comprehensive briefs for video editors, designers, and UGC creators

• Establish and oversee organized creative testing plans

• Evaluate metrics such as CTR, CPA, CVR, ROAS, and video retention

• Pinpoint successful ads and produce new variations to enhance performance

• Collaborate closely with media buyers and the creative production team

• Manage creative tests, analyze results, and document key insights

• Ensure all messaging aligns with brand and advertising standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Creative Strategist for DTC e-commerce brands

• In-depth understanding of direct-response advertising and performance-oriented creative

• Proven experience in developing paid social creatives for Meta and TikTok

• Capability to translate research and performance data into practical concepts

• Proficient in writing hooks, scripts, ad copy, and creative briefs

• Knowledge of UGC, testimonials, problem-solution ads, product demonstrations, and educational formats

• Familiarity with e-commerce funnels and customer acquisition strategies

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities

• Portfolio or examples of ads that have achieved measurable outcomes

• Experience in women’s health, wellness, supplements, beauty, or personal care (a plus)

• Background in Shopify and subscription-based brands (a plus)

• Acquaintance with creative research and analytics tools (a plus)

• Knowledge of health and wellness advertising compliance (a plus)
