This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with regional marketing leaders across EMEA, LATAM, and NA to ensure creative initiatives align with regional strategies and key events.
• Oversee integrated campaign concepts from initial insights to execution across the three regions.
• Take ownership of Sky's creative direction and quality standards within the regions.
• Direct both internal teams and external agency partners while establishing creative benchmarks.
• Adapt Sky's brand positioning into a cohesive creative identity that reflects each region's culture, language, and context.
• Create graphics, short-form videos, social media content, and event materials utilizing in-game footage.
• Develop creative concepts and briefs targeted at creator agencies.
• Showcase creative work to senior leadership and articulate the strategic rationale behind it.
• Maintain a consistent creative identity across NA, EMEA, and LATAM.
• Ensure that agency partners and internal teams consistently deliver high-quality, on-brand work.
• Generate creative outputs that support significant events and ongoing regional marketing in an efficient and consistent manner.
• Over 10 years of experience in creative positions encompassing design, video, and social-first content.
• A strong and diverse portfolio with practical skills to evolve concepts into finished products.
• Demonstrated ability to set a creative vision and elevate quality standards among internal teams and various agency partners.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.
• Proven experience working across different time zones and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Background in creating culturally relevant work across diverse regions or markets.
• Experience in producing creative content for live events and experiential activations.
• Outstanding organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple regions, partners, and workstreams simultaneously.
• Keen eye for brand consistency and a solid understanding of social and creator performance metrics.
• Familiarity with creating for games, entertainment, or culturally-driven consumer brands is a plus.
• Skills in motion design or in-game capture and editing are advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of a second language, such as French or Spanish, is beneficial.
