This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the creative strategy for the Hers brand across various performance marketing channels.
• Leverage performance data, customer insights, and market trends to craft creative hypotheses, concepts, scripts, and production-ready briefs.
• Create emotionally engaging and stigma-free content that supports women throughout their healthcare journeys.
• Set standards for creative strategy and briefing, rooted in customer insights, hypotheses, and measurable success criteria.
• Lead a cross-functional creative team, including editors, producers, and studio personnel.
• Establish feedback loops among Creative, Growth, and Media Buying teams to enhance performance.
• Collaborate with leaders in Growth, Creative, and Analytics to test, learn, and refine strategies based on performance data.
• Work alongside Product, Clinical, Legal, and Brand teams to ensure that all creative is accurate and complies with regulations.
• Conduct regular performance reviews to discuss successes, insights, strategic adjustments, and growth opportunities.
• Develop scalable creative frameworks to replicate successful ideas across various products, audiences, and markets.
• Adhere to healthcare marketing guidelines while collaborating with Legal, Medical, and Marketing teams.
• A robust portfolio showcasing performance-driven creative work that has achieved success at scale on paid social, complete with supporting data and customer insights.
• Over 8 years of experience in creative strategy, content strategy, or performance creative.
• Proven experience in leading teams and establishing creative functions.
• Extensive knowledge in developing creative content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other performance-driven channels.
• Strong understanding of platform-specific creative best practices.
• High level of data fluency with the ability to discern actionable patterns in advertising performance data.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams and collaborating across marketing, design, and product departments.
• Familiarity with remote or distributed post-production teams.
• A strong ownership mentality with the capacity to act swiftly, make informed decisions with incomplete information, and iterate based on performance metrics.
• Exceptional business acumen linking creative choices to customer behavior, business outcomes, and long-term brand development.
• Experience in telehealth, healthcare, weight loss, or other regulated or sensitive sectors is a plus.
• Background in establishing in-house creative teams or transitioning projects from external agencies is a bonus.
• Experience in adapting and localizing successful creative for international markets is a bonus.
• Familiarity with UGC and creator-driven production models, including remote capture, is a bonus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions for any employer.
• Must be able to work in the U.S. without the need for immigration sponsorship.
