Senior Creative Strategist – Growth

📋 Description

• Conceptualize and execute performance-driven creative projects from ideation and scripting to editing and delivery, across paid social media, CTV, and emerging platforms.

• Enhance visual quality, pacing, and storytelling while ensuring a focus on creative performance.

• Stay updated on platform trends, formats, and cultural shifts.

• Create hooks, angles, and creative frameworks that are performance-oriented.

• Convert performance analytics into creative guidance in collaboration with media and growth teams.

• Oversee agency and production partners by providing briefs, creative direction, and quality assurance.

• Edit and refine video advertisements directly.

• Utilize AI tools for ideation, scripting, editing, and asset creation.

• Assist in developing a scalable creative system that merges craft, data, AI, and media strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in performance-oriented creative production.

• Background in a performance media agency or as part of an in-house growth creative team in a DTC or app-based organization.

• Demonstrated success in producing or directing high-performing creative content for paid channels, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and CTV.

• Strong grasp of hooks, pacing, calls to action, and conversion-centric advertising.

• Refined visual sensibility with a solid understanding of design, composition, and brand integrity.

• Proficiency in video editing with the capability to independently cut and iterate advertisements.

• A collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit.

• Ability to work effectively across creative, media, and analytics teams.

• Familiarity with AI and experience in experimenting with generative tools.
