This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Independently craft creative briefs, basing each recommendation on internal performance metrics and current online/cultural trends.
• Create a well-defined strategic rationale for every brief: detailing what is being produced, the target audience, the reasons for its potential success, and the metrics for evaluation.
• Precisely evaluate and interpret performance data (at content, campaign, and platform levels) to determine what is effective, what isn't, and the underlying reasons.
• Convert analytical insights into proactive recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with editors to prioritize and advocate for a robust visual strategy, providing constructive feedback that aligns with strategic goals.
• Ensure that the rationale behind creative decisions is clearly communicated, not just the outcomes.
• Identify and assist in sourcing content from creators, assessing their alignment with brand and campaign strategies.
• Engage directly with creators to guarantee that their outputs are consistent with the brief and reflect Greenlight's voice.
• Collaborate with the internal brand team on asset exchanges and alignment, ensuring that creativity remains in sync with the overarching brand strategy.
• Serve as a strategic link between data, brand, editorial, and creator partnerships.
• Over 5 years of experience in creative strategy, content strategy, or a related field, preferably with a blend of data analysis and creative production experience.
• Proven history of writing briefs that inspire creative work rather than merely documenting requests.
• Strong analytical capabilities; proficient in data and analytics tools and confident in deriving conclusions from them.
• A keen eye for visual strategy with the ability to provide editors with guidance that enhances the work.
• Experience in sourcing or managing relationships with creators/content.
• Excellent collaborator, capable of working across brand, editorial, and creative teams to maintain strategy alignment.
• Exceptional written communication skills; briefs must be clear, persuasive, and actionable.
• Self-motivated individual who can operate independently and drive briefs from insights to execution with minimal supervision.
• Medical, dental, vision, and HSA match.
• Paid life insurance, AD&D, and disability benefits.
• Traditional 401k with company match.
• Unlimited PTO.
• Paid company holidays and occasional pop-up bonus holidays.
• Professional development stipends.
• Mental health resources.
• 1:1 financial planners.
• Fertility healthcare.
• 100% paid parental and caregiving leave, along with cleaning services and meals during your leave.
• Flexible work-from-home options, including remote and in-office opportunities.
• Fully stocked kitchen, catered lunches, and occasional in-office happy hours.
• Employee resource groups.
