Senior Creative Strategist – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop engaging briefs for UGC creators, editors, and designers.

• Craft and organize video ad scripts from inception to completion.

• Extract insights from reviews, Reddit, TikTok, competitor advertisements, customer interviews, and surveys to identify high-converting angles.

• Evaluate creative performance metrics to discern the true indicators of successful and unsuccessful campaigns.

• Transform successful ads into fresh variations, innovative hooks, new angles, and landing page concepts.

• Collaborate closely with the media buying team to ensure a rapid testing process.

• Contribute to the development of our internal creative strategy, hiring criteria, and team organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years as a Creative Strategist in a performance agency.

• Demonstrated success with 7–8 figure eCommerce/DTC brands.

• In-depth knowledge of Meta paid social creative strategy.

• Strong comprehension of hooks, angles, offers, formats, fatigue cycles, and testing methodologies.

• Ability to transform customer research into compelling advertisements that drive sales.

• Proficient in analyzing CPA, ROAS, spending, hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, and creative-level performance metrics.

• Excellent written communication skills – your briefs should be concise, straightforward, and easily understood.

• A keen sense of what makes advertisements effective.

• Enthusiastic about AI, automation, and improving creative workflows.

• Aspires to advance to Head of Creative / Creative Director.

• Seeks ownership, thrives under pressure, and values potential upside.
