This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You will concentrate on creating impactful paid social content that drives conversions. Your role involves conceptualizing and producing visually engaging paid social media content (static, video, etc.) that enhances user engagement while effectively conveying our brand message. Your contributions will be evaluated against key performance indicators such as CTR, CVR, and CAC.
• You will be tasked with brainstorming and generating a significant volume of new ad concepts to enhance account performance. Utilizing performance insights and growth metrics, you will identify trends, extract insights, and formulate hypotheses for future creative iterations.
• You will manage paid social workstreams, leveraging insights to develop templates and frameworks that promote efficiency, infusing the Ro growth ecosystem with innovative, brand-aligned creative. Collaborating with a conceptual copywriter, you will explore new ways to extend our brand's reach.
• You will stay engaged with the latest design trends, social media technologies (AI), and industry best practices to enhance the effectiveness of creative outputs. Working alongside a conceptual copywriter, you will discover fresh and relevant methods to express our brand on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and others.
• You will independently and collaboratively transform ideas from concept to execution, rapidly creating and refining a high volume of creative material.
• 5-7 years of experience in a relevant position, featuring multidisciplinary examples in your portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma, After Effects/Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator. You possess a solid understanding of advertising fundamentals and a keen interest in exploring new platforms and technologies.
• Your portfolio should present clear examples of direct response marketing, ideally showcasing effective paid social video ads and static assets, along with examples of iterative testing.
• You have extensive experience producing dynamic, engaging content tailored to platform-specific formats (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), with a strong grasp of transitions, motion graphics, and sound editing.
• You have a solid understanding of designing based on key performance metrics like click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate (CVR), and CAC, with a proven track record of delivering work that meets and exceeds critical business objectives. You value results as much as exceptional design.
• You have played a key role in launching effective and visually appealing paid social campaigns. You naturally generate multiple concepts and directions while maintaining focus on business and user objectives, leading to expert execution grounded in insightful analysis.
• You are passionate about social media and understand the unique dynamics of content performance across various platforms. Experience in content creation may be part of your background.
• You demonstrate excellent visual design skills, with a diverse stylistic range, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for precision.
• You have produced groundbreaking work that reflects a strong understanding of typography, space, form, color, and visual hierarchy.
