This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish, initiate, and manage paid search and social campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta/Instagram, adhering to established naming conventions, targeting parameters, and budget management.

• Conduct daily monitoring of campaign performance, identifying pacing issues, budget inconsistencies, and underperforming ad sets before they escalate.

• Execute continuous optimizations including updates to creative and copy, adjustments to audience targeting, and modifications to bids; support event-targeted and geo-fencing initiatives around key conferences and Fundraise Up-hosted events.

• Assess ad-to-page message alignment and track post-click metrics alongside ad performance, evaluating the entire journey rather than just the click.

• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders and design teams to suggest landing page enhancements and provide feedback on ad creative based on testing data to make insights specific and actionable.

• Conduct a regular schedule of structured tests across various formats, creatives, copy, headlines, calls-to-action, audiences, channels, and landing page variations.

• Record test hypotheses, setups, outcomes, and insights in a shared log, proactively sharing findings across channels to ensure that paid insights inform email, content, and event strategies.

• Utilize UTM parameters for all campaigns and compile performance data from Google Ads, LinkedIn, and HubSpot into weekly and monthly reporting inputs.

• Collaborate with RevOps to ensure lead routing accuracy and maintain source attribution hygiene between HubSpot and Salesforce.

• Work with the ABM Manager to align paid targeting with account lists and ensure campaigns are synchronized with content launches, event promotions, and campaign calendars.

• Stay updated on platform changes and communicate relevant updates to the team.

• At Fundraise Up, AI is a standard tool, not an experimental one. We expect all team members to actively incorporate AI into their daily tasks, identify where AI can enhance their work, and increase their proficiency as these tools evolve. You should already be leveraging AI meaningfully in your role and understand its value and potential to enhance your operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of practical paid media experience, including direct campaign management within Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

• Solid understanding of paid search fundamentals: keyword organization, match types, ad groups, Quality Score, and basic bidding strategies.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn paid social features: Sponsored Content, targeting by job title, company size, account lists, and Lead Gen Forms.

• Experience with UTM tagging and knowledge of how campaign source data integrates into a CRM—experience with HubSpot is advantageous.

• Experience in conducting or supporting structured A/B tests.

• Exceptional attention to detail—able to identify tracking errors, naming inconsistencies, and budget discrepancies before they escalate.

• Organized and dependable, with the capacity to manage multiple active campaigns and produce consistent reporting outputs on time.

• Strong communicator who proactively shares updates, flags issues, and translates data into understandable insights for stakeholders.

• Proficient with AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) as effective productivity enhancers—for drafting copy, structuring reports, generating test hypotheses, and more.

🏝️ Benefits

• Health, Dental, and Vision insurance fully covered for employees, with 80% coverage for employees plus dependents, and 70% for employees plus family.

• FSA and HSA Spending Accounts available.

• 20 days of vacation, 5 sick days, 11 company holidays, plus an additional floating holiday.

• 401(k) plan with company matching contributions.

• Total company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, basic life insurance, and AD&D coverage.

• Paid parental leave (12 weeks for primary caregivers / 6 weeks for secondary caregivers).

• Generous home office stipend to assist with your remote workspace.

• Annual professional development stipend to support your career growth (e.g., workshops, courses, and seminars).

• Charitable giving program and paid volunteer time off for engagement with registered non-profits.
