Director, Paid Social – Reddit Emphasis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take charge of strategy, implementation, optimization, and reporting for Siege clients.

• Develop the playbook, pricing frameworks, and reporting schedule from the ground up.

• Retarget engaged leads and execute Meta/LinkedIn campaigns that support our sales pipeline.

• Participate in prospect calls to outline and promote paid social engagements alongside the growth team.

• Recruit your first associate once Reddit ads revenue warrants it, followed by training and management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience managing paid social campaigns in an agency setting.

• Practical experience with Reddit Ads Manager (including Conversation Ads, Promoted Posts, and custom audiences).

• Demonstrated experience in both B2B and B2C sectors, particularly in SaaS, e-commerce, and fintech.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Possess a "builder energy" and a true enthusiasm for developing and scaling a service line from inception.
