This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Create and implement comprehensive demand generation programs that span digital channels, paid media, content creation, webinars, events, lifecycle marketing, and account-based marketing efforts.
• Convert business goals, campaign focus areas, and go-to-market strategies into quantifiable demand generation tactics.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure alignment in campaign messaging, audience targeting, and program execution.
• Assist in audience segmentation, account targeting, buying-group engagement, and campaign planning initiatives.
• Oversee campaign schedules, deliverables, and communication with stakeholders to guarantee successful execution.
• Track campaign, engagement, pipeline, and revenue metrics to discover opportunities for optimization.
• Evaluate campaign data and performance trends to enhance targeting, conversion rates, and marketing efficacy.
• Work alongside Marketing Operations and Revenue Operations to facilitate attribution, reporting, campaign assessment, and 6sense strategy implementation.
• Generate performance reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations for marketing stakeholders and leadership.
• Employ testing methodologies and ongoing optimization practices to elevate program results.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Partner Marketing, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, and regional marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent audience engagement, campaign coherence, and pipeline generation activities.
• Assist in campaign planning processes, operational workflows, and best practices that enhance marketing efficiency.
• Provide insights and recommendations that inform future campaign strategies and investment choices.
• Collaborate closely with external branding and advertising agencies to develop strategies and content.
• Utilize AI-driven tools, automation, and data-informed insights to boost campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to streamline campaign execution, reporting, and marketing workflows.
• Foster ongoing enhancements to demand generation processes, technologies, and measurement practices.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, integrated marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing, or related areas.
• Proven track record in executing demand generation programs that enhance engagement, pipeline growth, and business outcomes.
• In-depth knowledge of audience segmentation, campaign planning, marketing channels, and best practices in demand generation.
• Experience in analyzing campaign performance and leveraging data for optimization decisions.
• Background in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Marketing Operations teams.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools and insights to enhance marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.
