This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Serve as the main point of contact for all external PPC agencies on a daily basis.
• Establish KPIs, reporting schedules, and performance standards for each agency partnership.
• Manage the PPC retainer scope, ensuring that agency resources are effectively aligned with business priorities.
• Create and uphold a PPC strategy that accommodates the multi-account, multi-location framework of the organization.
• Supervise campaign organization, bidding strategies, budget distribution, and audience targeting across the entire account portfolio.
• Ensure campaigns are designed to capture demand across all pertinent paid channels.
• Define and track conversion events at every stage of the patient inquiry process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee that lead volumes correspond with practice capacity and CRM workflows.
• Manage PPC reporting: create and maintain dashboards that provide clear insights into paid performance across the account portfolio.
• Take direct ownership of paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
• 3–5 years of direct PPC management experience, whether in-house or agency-side.
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale multi-account PPC portfolios.
• Extensive experience in local PPC, including geo-targeting, local intent, and location-specific campaign structures.
• Familiarity with regulated industries, particularly valuable experience in the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of lead management, including multi-source attribution across forms, phone, and chat.
• Commercially oriented – adept at setting, tracking, and reporting on KPIs and revenue-related targets.
• Excellent reporting capabilities: proficient in Google Ads, GA4, Data Studio/Looker, or similar dashboarding tools.
• Capable of defining and communicating actionable insights from data rather than merely reporting historical data.
• Experienced in managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, with a strong sense of accountability for deliverables.
• A collaborative team player who can also work independently and efficiently.
