This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
⢠This position provides support to the Founder & CEO for cat-loving consumers, focusing on growth driven by performance marketing, rapid creative iteration, and rigorous testing.
⢠You will oversee paid media from start to finishāmaking informed decisions, testing proactively, and converting performance data into clear creative and funnel strategies with minimal supervision.
⢠The client emphasizes ownership rather than merely assigning tasks, valuing speed, clarity, and follow-through over extensive guidance.
⢠Create original ad creative concepts from various distinct angles, hooks, and formatsāintroducing new creative directions rather than just iterations of an existing idea.
⢠Develop ad creatives during fast-paced testing cycles, including static ads and simple motion or short-form videos using tools like Canva or CapCut, demonstrating strong design judgment and quality control over AI-assisted outputs.
⢠Lead structured A/B testing across hooks, messaging, formats, voiceovers, and offers, with clear hypotheses and documented findings.
⢠Manage Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) on a daily basisāhandling budget allocation, targeting, campaign launches and pauses, and performance monitoring to maximize ROAS and drive subscription growth.
⢠Analyze performance data to uncover audience behavior patterns, creative fatigue, and funnel drop-offsātransforming those insights into the next round of creative work.
⢠Identify landing page limitations affecting results and proactively create or optimize campaign-specific landing pages to enhance conversion rates.
⢠Provide clear, proactive performance reportingākey metrics, trends, insights, and recommendationsāwithout needing to be prompted.
⢠Remain engaged in cat culture, viral trends, and community discussions to shape targeting, messaging, and creative approaches.

⢠Proven capability to generate a variety of original creative conceptsāmultiple genuinely distinct approaches for the same product, rather than variations of a single idea.
⢠Strong design judgment and the ability to guide, assess, and ensure quality control over AI-assisted creative outputs.
⢠A portfolio or samples of work that demonstrate a range across hooks, formats, and concepts (not just one signature style).

⢠Over 3 years of experience in paid media management of Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) for DTC or ecommerce brands, with a track record of improving ROAS.
⢠Proven ability to lead A/B testing initiatives and translate performance data into clear creative and strategic guidance.
⢠Practical experience in creating or optimizing landing pages to enhance funnel conversion rates.
⢠Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Meta Analytics, and Google Analytics.
