📋 Description

• In the role of Senior Creative Designer for Growth, you will take charge of devising and implementing impactful visual strategies aimed at enhancing user engagement and promoting platform adoption for OG.com.

• Quickly generate, design, and deliver premium paid and social media content for platforms such as X, Instagram/Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Utilize advanced AI tools to optimize creative ideation, asset creation, and production processes.

• Collaborate with the Growth and Creative teams to evaluate asset performance, transforming data insights into innovative and optimized creative versions.

• Lead the production of high-quality paid and social content for both US and EU markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a dynamic in-house creative growth team or a modern, high-output digital setting.

• A portfolio showcasing performance-focused creative work (ads, social media content, hooks) rather than just conceptual branding.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Full-Cycle Autonomy (Ideation + Execution): You are a versatile creative who excels in both high-level concept generation and hands-on technical execution.
