Senior Creatio Technical Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Design and implement Creatio CRM solutions that align with intricate client business needs.

• Facilitate system integrations between Creatio and client enterprise applications.

• Ensure seamless data flows, efficient workflows, and an exceptional user experience.

• Collaborate closely with client IT teams to guarantee timely, budget-compliant, and scope-adhering delivery.

• Convert complex technical ideas into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.

• Guide and mentor junior consultants on Creatio best practices and implementation methodologies.

• Contribute to the internal knowledge base of SM.

• Engage with the wider Creatio community through blogs, webinars, or forums.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced certification as a Creatio CRM Developer (mandatory).

• Over 4 years of experience leading CRM implementation projects, including system integrations.

• Extensive hands-on knowledge of the Creatio platform, including architecture, configuration, low-code development, and integration patterns.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions in English.

• Experience in mentoring or leading junior technical team members.

• Availability to overlap with EST working hours.

• Experience in the financial services sector, particularly in banking, credit unions, or insurance, is highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with iPaaS integration tools is a significant advantage.

• Active involvement in the Creatio community is a considerable asset.

• Comprehensive project lifecycle experience, from discovery and design to go-live and support, is a notable advantage.
