Senior Coupa Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the delivery for your designated workstream throughout the complete Coupa implementation process, managing all phases from requirements gathering to deployment across various modules.

• Lead workshops for requirements gathering and conduct fit-gap analyses.

• Redesign business processes within your workstream by pinpointing inefficiencies and proposing effective solutions.

• Engage in hands-on configuration while overseeing integration touchpoints, testing cycles, and supplier enablement tasks.

• Act as a reliable daily contact for client stakeholders within your workstream.

• Conduct data analysis, manage import/export formatting, and develop test scripts.

• Identify reusable design patterns and proactively suggest configurations or process modifications.

• Play a role in developing and implementing AI-enabled solutions that are approved by the firm for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of consulting and/or relevant industry experience.

• Hands-on experience in implementing one or more Coupa modules (Procurement, Payables, Expenses, Sourcing, Contracts, or Supplier Management).

• Experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, Finance, and/or Accounting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Coupa certification is preferred.
