Senior Coupa Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take charge of your designated workstream throughout complete Coupa implementations, managing all stages from requirements gathering to deployment across various modules.

• Organize workshops for gathering requirements and conduct fit-gap analyses for your workstream.

• Revamp business processes within your designated workstream.

• Execute hands-on configuration and oversee integration points, testing cycles, and supplier enablement initiatives.

• Act as a reliable day-to-day liaison for client stakeholders within your workstream.

• Conduct data analysis, manage import/export formatting, and develop test scripts to support client deliverables.

• Spot reusable design patterns and proactively suggest configurations or changes to processes.

• Keep comprehensive documentation of design choices, configurations, and project outputs.

• Assist in the development and execution of firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients.

• Stay updated on the latest AI tools and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in consulting and/or relevant industry experience.

• Practical functional experience implementing one or more Coupa modules (Procurement, Payables, Expenses, Sourcing, Contracts, or Supplier Management).

• Knowledge in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, Finance, and/or Accounting.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Coupa certification is preferred.

• Willingness to travel 50–75%; travel requirements vary based on client needs.
