Senior Counsel, International Commercial

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Provide legal counsel and assistance on international commercial issues across EVERSANA’s various business sectors.

• Draft, assess, and negotiate a diverse array of agreements, including those related to customers, vendors, and strategic partnerships.

• Facilitate the commercialization and provision of services in markets outside the US, ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with business teams to support the implementation of commercial objectives in international markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree and eligibility to practice law.

• 12–15+ years of pertinent legal expertise, particularly in supporting international or cross-border commercial activities.

• Extensive experience in commercial contracts and business advisory roles.

• Background in a global or highly structured organization.
