Senior Counsel – Corporate

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Chief Legal Officer on matters related to securities law and corporate governance.

• Offer legal guidance for mergers and acquisitions as well as global strategic transactions.

• Oversee all legal affairs and ensure compliance across the organization.

• Supervise and support corporate secretarial responsibilities.

• Create and maintain policies to ensure adherence to securities regulations.

• Assist in managing the budget for legal services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a recognized law school.

• At least 7 years of experience in the legal field.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as in-house counsel in the healthcare sector.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including SOX and the Dodd-Frank Act.
