• Responsible for managing relations and negotiations with occupants of the RATP estate, local residents, and local authorities.
• Preparing necessary administrative acts and contracts.
• Reviewing notarized documents and surveyor plans.
• Assisting the Group’s operational teams.
• Offering expertise in decisions concerning the enhancement and development of the estate.
• Serving as an internal and external point of contact for land and administrative management.
• A Master’s degree (Bac +5 equivalent) in Real Estate Law or Public Law.
• Knowledge and practical experience in public law, real estate law, and urban planning, including land, construction, real estate transactions, and legal structuring.
• Familiarity with the Transport Code and the General Code on Public Property (CG3P).
• Understanding and practical experience with property dismemberment tools (e.g., usufruct and bare ownership).
• Knowledge and experience regarding the operations of local authorities, administrations, and railway stakeholders.
