Senior Corporate Travel Consultant, Bilingual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional service to corporate clients with an emphasis on international travel, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to SLAs while meeting each client's unique requirements.

• Generate quotes, make travel bookings, issue and reissue airline tickets, secure hotel reservations, organize car rentals, and other travel-related services.

• Utilize advanced systems such as Sabre, NDC, E-LATAM, among others.

• Deliver specialized guidance by recommending optimal routes and fares.

• Ensure alignment with clients' travel policies.

• Offer problem resolution and support to travelers before, during, and after their journey.

• Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations during travel, providing immediate assistance and finding efficient solutions to uphold travelers' safety and travel continuity.

• Oversee the entire travel service and management process with meticulous attention to detail and high-quality delivery, ensuring an outstanding experience for clients.

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

• Work schedule: 12x36 night shift, from 20:00 to 08:00.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical and/or higher education in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Experience in customer service, including quoting, booking, ticketing, and reissuing domestic air travel; domestic hotel reservations; domestic car rentals; domestic bus travel; travel insurance; and group bookings for air, hotel, and tours within the country.

• Proficient knowledge of systems related to car rentals, airlines, and lodging distribution platforms at a user level.

• Demonstrated experience in travel agencies or TMCs, particularly in corporate service.

• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Sabre (GDS) and online booking tools (OBT).

• Proficient in utilizing airline portals.

• Advanced proficiency in English or Spanish is required.
