This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee pricing strategies for an AI-centric platform and the advancement of HubSpot Credits.
• Collaborate with teams across Product, GTM, Finance, Engineering, and other departments.
• Develop long-term monetization plans and spearhead significant initiatives.
• Manage the comprehensive strategy for transitioning customers from traditional to modern pricing models.
• Create and conduct primary research on pricing.
• Anticipate the effects of pricing modifications on overall business performance.
• Establish global pricing protocols and integrate AI-enhanced tools into operational workflows.
• A minimum of 4 years of strategic experience in Pricing Strategy, Monetization, or Management Consulting.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of monetization, particularly in usage-based or credit systems.
• Skilled in analyzing complex data sets.
• Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional teams and secure support from senior leadership.
• A strong ownership mindset and a commitment to aligning teams effectively.
• Ability to provide clarity and maintain urgency in a dynamic environment.
• Dedication to prioritizing customer solutions.
• Cash compensation includes a base salary and on-target commission for eligible positions.
• Annual bonus opportunities under HubSpot’s bonus plan for qualifying roles.
• Participation in HubSpot’s equity plan, allowing for the receipt of restricted stock units (RSUs).
