This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Actively seek and engage qualified candidates for internal positions across Latin America and the US by utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and various sourcing methods.
• Review resumes/CVs and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
• Develop and sustain robust candidate pipelines for both current and future internal job openings.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to comprehend hiring requirements, outline candidate profiles, and agree on search priorities.
• Provide high-quality shortlisted candidates along with clear recommendations for subsequent interview stages.
• Handle multiple recruitment searches at once while ensuring meticulous attention to detail, responsiveness, and a positive candidate experience.
• Remain updated on market trends, talent availability, and contemporary sourcing techniques to enhance recruiting results.
• You must reside in Latin America.
• A minimum of 4 years of demonstrated experience in sourcing for internal/corporate roles as well as mid-level to senior-level positions in both Latin America and the US.
• Proven track record in sourcing and screening candidates across a variety of business functions, including staff, operational, talent, or commercial roles.
• Strong skills in interviewing and candidate assessment, with the capability to identify high-potential talent and provide sound recommendations.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, manage multiple openings, and work efficiently.
• Proficiency in English at C1/C2 level.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling professional interaction with candidates, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sourcing tools.
• Ability to work autonomously, adapt swiftly, and perform effectively in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
• An AI-forward mindset with a keen interest in utilizing AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance sourcing, screening, workflow efficiency, and overall recruiting success.
