Senior Corporate Design, Brand Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create the corporate design and maintain a consistent brand image across both digital and physical platforms.

• Continuously enhance the design system, visual guidelines, and reusable design components.

• Produce key visuals, essential formats, and brand-defining design solutions from the initial idea to the final artwork.

• Influence the visual brand experience for campaigns, events, digital applications, and critical brand initiatives.

• Provide guidance to external design partners, supervise execution, and uphold a high standard of creative excellence.

• Utilize AI and emerging technologies to improve design quality, creativity, and scalability.

• Collaborate effectively with Design, Brand Management, Product Marketing, Online Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Event Marketing teams.

• Assume a central expert role with significant professional accountability as a Senior Expert.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in corporate design, brand design, or communication design.

• Proficiency in the visual development of brands and the establishment of design systems.

• Strong conceptual and design abilities, paired with rigorous quality standards.

• Capability to translate brand values, messages, and positioning into impactful visual concepts.

• Confidence in delivering complex design projects up to the final artwork stage.

• Experience collaborating with agencies and external design partners.

• Practical experience in leveraging AI and emerging technologies within design and creative workflows.

• Ability to convert new opportunities into tangible standards, processes, and applications.

• Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas, concepts, and design decisions in both German and English.
