
Senior Coronary Cathworks Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Spearhead the marketing and sales of Medtronic’s coronary portfolio, which includes stents, balloons, guidewires, imaging, and CathWorks technologies within the designated territory.
• Offer technical and clinical leadership in the cath lab during coronary interventions and physiological evaluations, providing support for intricate cases.
• Provide advanced clinical education and training to physicians, nurses, and technicians.
• Establish, nurture, and utilize relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), senior clinicians, and high-level decision makers.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Accounts, Strategic Accounts, and Sales Leadership to develop pricing strategies, assist in contract negotiations, and promote system-wide adoption.
• Create and implement detailed territory and account plans that consider clinical, economic, and competitive dynamics.
• Meet and surpass quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Travel regularly to hospitals and off-site meetings, which may necessitate overnight stays.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience*, or Associate’s Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience*, or Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience*
• Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Experience in supporting cath labs and collaborating with interventional cardiologists on complex coronary procedures.
• Ability to establish credibility with physicians and healthcare leaders by providing data-driven, customer-centric solutions.
• Strong skills in territory/business planning, including managing competing priorities, anticipating market changes, and executing long-term strategies with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated effectiveness in high-stakes clinical environments, delivering composed procedural leadership.
