
Senior Coronary Cathworks Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico, +1 more state.
• Drive the marketing and sales of Medtronic’s coronary product line.
• Offer technical and clinical expertise in the cath lab during coronary procedures and physiological evaluations.
• Provide advanced clinical education and training for physicians, nurses, and technicians.
• Establish, nurture, and utilize relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), senior clinicians, and executive decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Accounts, Strategic Accounts, and Sales Leadership to formulate pricing strategies, support contract negotiations, and enhance system-wide adoption.
• Design and implement comprehensive territory and account plans that address clinical, economic, and competitive factors.
• Meet and surpass quarterly and annual sales objectives.
• Frequently travel to hospitals and off-site meetings, which may include overnight stays.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with over 8 years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s Degree with over 6 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree with more than 4 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in sales, clinical roles, or related fields within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Background in supporting cath labs and collaborating with interventional cardiologists on intricate coronary procedures.
• Capacity to establish credibility with physicians and healthcare leaders by providing data-driven, customer-centric solutions.
• Strong skills in territory and business planning.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in high-pressure clinical settings, providing calm procedural leadership.
